Why should you choose Integrated Systems?

Our team has extensive experience executing complex retrofit and replacement projects across major healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and commercial facilities. Our team specializes in projects that require detailed coordination, engineering collaboration, and precise execution in active environments where system downtime must be minimized.

We have completed large-scale Central Energy Plant (CEP) and mechanical system replacements at facilities such as Jackson Main, University of Miami, Baptist Health, Mount Sinai Medical Center, The Palace, and Saddlebrook Resort. These projects included full replacement of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, switchgear, generators, boilers, fuel gas systems, and related piping and controls—often while maintaining critical capacity for the client’s ongoing operations.

Many of our projects are design-build in nature, where we work hand-in-hand with the engineer and owner from concept through completion. We frequently operate under prime contracts as construction manager, providing turnkey delivery that includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and general contracting scopes.

Our work often involves tight urban sites and occupied facilities where helicopter lifts or specialized rigging are required due to space or crane restrictions. We have executed lifts with strict weight limits, which required breaking down equipment and reassembling it in place. Coordination between trades, BIM integration, and precise scheduling are central to our approach to ensure seamless execution.

Integrated Systems also has extensive experience with specialized piping systems, including Nupi and Aquatherm, and routinely manages complex utility shutdowns and tie-ins. We utilize prefabrication and other advanced preplanning methods to reduce downtime, improve quality, and accelerate installation. Every project is planned to maintain plant capacity and reliability while critical systems are being replaced, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

“This is a people business. We know the importance of treating people the right way and doing the right thing — and that will always remain our top priority.”

— Jake Quigley, Vice President of Operations at Integrated Systems
